My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Carriers sometimes skip a scan, especially during high-volume periods. Wait 24–48 hours before contacting us. If it still hasn't moved, reach out here and we'll investigate.
I never received a shipping confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, confirm your email address in your account settings or contact us and we'll resend it.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Check around your door, with neighbors, and in any mailroom or building lobby. Carriers occasionally mark a package delivered 1 day early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can file a claim on your behalf.
