Hand-Poured Candles & Wax Melts

  • All Dog Bear Candles and Wax Melts are fulfilled by Amazon FBA.
  • If you wish to return or replace a candle or wax melt, please follow Amazon’s return process through your Amazon account or the Amazon return portal.
  • Amazon’s customer service will handle all return labels, refunds, and replacements.
  • If you need assistance or have any questions about your FBA order, feel free to contact us at support@dogbearwellness.com — we’re always happy to help coordinate with Amazon on your behalf.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Wellness Goods

  • Items such as apparel, mugs, journals, and other printed designs are made to order by our print partners.
  • Because each product is created individually once ordered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or preference.
  • However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll work with our print partner to replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

Curated Wellness Items

  • Curated products are shipped directly from our trusted wellness suppliers.
  • Return eligibility for these items depends on the supplier’s individual policy.
  • If there’s an issue with a curated item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll coordinate with our supplier to determine the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.

General Return Guidelines

  • To request a return or report an issue, please email support@dogbearwellness.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
  • Photos of the item and packaging may be required to process replacements or refunds.
  • Refunds (when approved) are issued back to the original payment method.
  • We cannot accept unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval.
